1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age or older as of March 5, 2008, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, franchisees, agents and judges. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on March 4, 2008, and ends at Midnight Pacific Time ("PT") on March 31, 2008, ("the Sweepstakes Period") and you may enter the sweepstakes in either of the following ways:

(I) ONLINE: To enter, complete all required information on the online form at http://goforthegreen.wini.com/contests/ and submit it during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) online entry per person per day for each consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period.

(II) MAIL-IN: Hand print your name, mailing address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or mail your business card. Each entry must be mailed separately with sufficient postage and postmarked by March 31st, 2008, and received by April 8, 2008, to:

All entries received become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither the Sponsor, nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, independent franchisees, employees and representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, invalid, late, lost, misrouted, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Entry information; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; printing errors; production errors; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or any other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes, even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees.

3. DRAWING/PRIZES/ODDS: On or about April 18, a random drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries received to award the following: Two (2) prizes will be awarded, consisting of a Spring Green Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook Computer (ARV; $1,300 ea USD) and Five (5) Fuji film FinePix Z10fd Green 7.2 MP 3X Zoom Digital Camera (ARV; $250 ea USD). The first two (2) randomly selected eligible entries will each qualify for the specified Dell Notebook Computer and the next five (5) randomly selected eligible entries will each qualify for the specified Fuji film FinePix Digital Camera. Total ARV: $3,850 USD. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The selection of the features shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or registered mail. Winners will be required to complete various consents, waivers and other forms. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery, not delayed delivery of prize; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Unless otherwise noted, allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of prizes by mail following completion of notification process.

4. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, local taxes and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winners. By participating, entrants agree a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters relating to this promotion; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless World Inspection Network International, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, independent franchisees, employees and representatives from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes or from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related activity; and c) if a qualified winner, winner further agrees to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes.
